70 people participated on the 23rd March – nursery, primary and secondary pupils with mums, dads and grannies. Most people attempted the more challenging course, visiting all 20 control markers. The nursery children did the Rainbow course, a 500m string course. Healthways supplied bags as prizes for completed control cards.
Senior pupils Neil MacLeod, Becky Massey and Sam MacKenzie helped Fiona Johnston, Active Schools Coordinator, out and did a really great job. Special thanks from Mrs Johnston to Becky and Neil who were there early to help set up the tent and stayed on at the end to tidy up.
A second event is planned for Saturday 28th April.
